Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my photos?

For portrait sessions, you will be sent your full online gallery containing your unedited images within 48 hours. Once received, you will select the photos you want retouched. Once those photos are selected, the turnaround time for edits is 7-14 business days (business days are  Mon-Fri).
If you need them sooner, there will be a rush fee of $50.00 to guarantee delivery by your specified date. Must be at minimum 4 days from the photoshoot.

For events, you will receive all color corrected photos within 7-10 business days.

Do you do studio sessions?

Yes, I do studio sessions. There will be an additional $40.00 fee per hour for studio sessions due at booking. Please add to your package at booking.
For in-home studio, there will be a studio set-up & break-down fee of $75.00 due at booking. Please add to your package at booking.
In-home studio fee is already included with Newborn, Baby Milestone & Cask Smash packages.

How do I pay my balance?

You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance the day of your photoshoot. You can pay through the invoice or pay with cash. 

Do you travel?

Yes, I travel locally. There is a travel fee of 50¢ per mile for locations outside of Broward County. For services out of state, please submit an inquiry on our contact page.

Do you have a rewards program?

I do have a client-incentive program called 'Third Times a Charm' where clients receive a $25.00 discount on their 3rd photoshoot with me.

What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?

Clients may reschedule and use their deposit for another date if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot. New photoshoot must be scheduled within 3 months! Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do you charge a late fee?

Yes, clients will be charged $15.00 if they are 15-30 minutes late. Clients will be charged $25.00 if they are 30 or more minutes late. Appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited if client is 45 or more minutes late. 

Will my photos be posted on Social Media?

Unless otherwise discussed, all photos are subject to being posted on social media and website.

Do you provide Wedding Photography?

No, I do not provide wedding photography.

What if I want more photos retouched?

You may get more photos retouched for $5.00 per additional photo.

Do you assist with finding a location?

Yes, if needed, I can provide you with a list of locations to choose from.

Do you provide props?

I provide props for baby, newborn, and holiday photography only. All other props are the client's responsibility.
